First time I used this product I cooked baked potatoes, it turned out nice and crispy inside and soft outside, it was great. The second time I use the oven again to bake a potato in the oven .......THE STRENGTH ......Blew so the product was returned. I havent used the new, but if the same thing then it will not be replaced. After doing web searches, it seems that many people have had the same problem with the heating element failed after a very short time. 'It a shame, because when it works great.
